Terms and Conditions

We aim to mail out your order within 48 hours of receiving it. Occasionally at busy times order processing might take a little longer. Our prefered method of payment is PayPal. If you are not registered with PayPal it really is very easy. We also accept payment by UK cheque or postal orders. Although our telephone line is not manned all day, it is sometimes possible to make orders over the telephone using Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta cards.

You commit yourself to a legally binding contract under the terms and conditions stated on this page when either:

* Your Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta card payment is authorised.

*You confirm your payment by clicking the 'Pay' button in the PayPal 'Make Your Payment' page.



We will confirm your order with you either by telephone or email.


We are not currently VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. Whilst we take care to make sure all prices shown are correct, occasionally errors can occur, in these cases we will not charge you a higher price, but may be unable to supply the item.

Postage and packing charges have to be added to the prices shown.  The cost of post and packaging is shown in the shopping cart before you commit your payment.

Customers outside the UK should Contact us prior to ordering to obtain the correct postage and packing.



We usually send out orders using Royal Mail. If your order is over £25 we will use a service that requires the customer to sign for the parcel. If some of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will normally send them out as soon as we can. If this is more than 14 days we will refund payment, unless we have contacted you and made other arrangements.



These are those commonly used in the trade and unless otherwise stated refer to imitation products. e.g. Where a colour is given as 'peridot' under the heading of glass beads, this does not mean that the beads are made from the semi precious stone.


Faulty materials

Goods will be replaced or refunded if the fault is in the manufacture (this must be identified within 1 week of the goods being received). No liability will be accepted for consequential loss in respect of goods sold. Your costs to return faulty goods will be re-imbursed. Please telephone (016786 689890) or email or write before returning goods. It is essential to wrap returns well. This prevents damage in the post.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. Your personal details will not be sold or otherwise passed on to other companies.

The personal information that we will collect about you includes:

* your address
* telephone number
* email address
* Your order details

From time to time we may mail or email you information such as Bead Fairs, offers etc.
